通知几件事
【内容提示】
假定你是（2）班的班长。下了第二节课后，上课老师走了，你把同学们留住，口头通知了如下三件事：
①明天下午4点在会堂听报告，由生物老师讲有关环境保护的问题。
②本周的政治学习内容是《环境保护法》，条文由自己读，有问题记在一张纸上，星期五之前交上来。老师在下周上课时解答。
③后天你们班和（1）班足球队进行比赛，请同学们都去助兴。

An Announcement
Boys and girls,
May I take your attention please! I've a few things to tell you. Tomorrow afternoon there will be a report on environmental protection given by our biology teacher in the hall at 4 o'clock. In the evening we'll discuss his report.
For this week's political study we'll read the law of environmental protection. Please make notes while you read. If you have any questions, write them on a slip of paper and hand them in before Friday. The teacher will answer them in class next week.
One more thing: the day after tomorrow our class team will have a football match with Class One. Let's all go and cheer for them.

【写法指要】
口头通知里常用一些套语，如“Ladies and gentlemen”，“Comrades”，“Friends”等。开场白有“Please be quiet! I've an announcement to make.”,“Attention please! I've something to say.”等。口头通知应该有结束语，常用的有“That's all.”，“Thank you.”,“Many thanks.”等。
