    Fake diplomas are the inevitable by-products of the eiploma craze. Nowadays employers lay too much emphasis on their candidates educational background, as a result, all kinds of fake diplomas or certificates appear in the job markets in society. Undoubtedly, it's extremely unfair for one to be defeated in the job market by his rival who wins the employer's favour simply because he has got the fake diploma required. Therefore, fake diplomas disturb the job and employment markets and even do great harm to the society.
    However,there are many ways to eliminate fake diplomas. First, we should keep detailed record of the diploma holders and issue the diplomas with fake-proof seal, which can't be easily fabricated. Besides, we should not only expose the fabricators through media but also punish them severely by law, including forcing them to pay a heavy fine. Finally, employers
should often keep in touch with universities so as to make sure of the diplomas and, what's more, they should give more weight to candidates' abilities. And once whoever is found/proved to get the job by using fake diploma, he should be disqualified from the job competition.
