A  Diary

    Today we had our mid-term exams. In the morning, I ate a lot of food for breakfast. My mother said to me, “Don’t eat so much food, or you’ll have a stomachache.” But I didn’t listen to her.
    In the Chinese exam, I really had a stomachache. I wanted to go to the toilet, so I put up my hand. But the teacher said, “No asking questions.” I had to put down my hand. After about ten minutes, I felt that I could hardly stand, so I put up my hand again. But the teacher again said, “Don’t ask any questions. Do your papers yourself.” I was so sad, I couldn’t concentrate my attention on it. I wanted to go to the toilet! So I put up my hand again. This time, the teacher said angrily, “what question do you want to ask?” I answered that I wanted to go to the toilet. “Oh! OK, of course”, said the teacher.
    Now I really know that Mum is right. But sometimes I didn’t listen to her advice. How regretful I am!
